Is there a joining or setup fee?
No. There is no joining fee, no setup fee and no deposit on desk plans. Private offices take one month's rent as a refundable security deposit, returned when you leave the suite as you found it.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you like and the change applies immediately, pro-rated for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing month.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, major cards and InstaPay. We send a payment link once your reservation is confirmed — nothing is ever charged automatically, and no payment is taken before you approve it.
Do longer terms cost less?
Private offices can be reserved on 3, 6 or 12-month terms at a better monthly rate. Desk plans stay month-to-month by design — we'd rather earn the renewal.
What if I only need a day?
Day passes are EGP 250 and include everything a hot desk member gets — wifi, coffee, kitchen, terrace and the lounge. Book one the same way you'd book a monthly plan.
Can more than one person use my desk?
Memberships are per person, but private offices are priced per suite for teams of up to six — so a growing team usually moves into a room rather than buying more desks.
