Can I reschedule or cancel my tour?
Yes — reply to your confirmation or message us on WhatsApp at least two hours ahead and we'll find a new time that works. Tours are free, so there's no cancellation fee.
What should I bring on the day?
Just yourself. If you'd like a closer look at a specific private office or meeting room, mention it in the notes and we'll make sure that space is free while you visit.
Are day passes available for hot desks?
Yes. Day passes are EGP 250 and include everything a monthly hot desk member gets. Choose "Day pass" in the reservation form and set how many days you need.
How flexible are membership terms?
Most plans run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Private offices can be reserved on 3, 6 or 12-month terms for a better rate — ask our team for details.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, major cards and InstaPay. A payment link is sent once your reservation is confirmed — nothing is charged automatically.
Can I book a meeting room without a membership?
Absolutely. Meeting rooms are open to non-members from EGP 250 per hour, including AV setup and reception meeting your guests. Members get discounted or included hours.
