How much does a coworking desk cost?
Day passes start at EGP 250. A flexible hot desk is EGP 1,200 per month, a dedicated desk is EGP 1,800, and fully furnished private offices start at EGP 4,500 per month. Meeting rooms are booked by the hour from EGP 250.
Can I visit before committing?
Please do. Tours are free, take about fifteen minutes and carry no obligation — book a slot online and we'll confirm by email or WhatsApp, usually within a couple of hours.
Is the space open 24 hours?
Private office members have 24/7 keycard access every day of the year. The shared floor is open 7:00–22:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 on Saturday and 10:00–18:00 on Sunday.
Can I register my company at your address?
Yes. The virtual office plan is EGP 1,000 per month and includes a Roushdy business address, mail scanning and forwarding, live call answering in your company's name, and a discount on meeting room bookings.
How flexible are the membership terms?
Most plans run month-to-month with no long-term lock-in. Private offices can be reserved on 3, 6 or 12-month terms for a better rate — ask the team for current pricing.
